Fabric
Bulk fabric are checked and tested before cutting. Pre-inspection of fabric quality includes shrinkage, construction, color fastness, skewness, color shade, tensile strength etc.
Marker
Use USA Gerber Computerized Marker for size grading and marker perparation. The average fabric utilization rate exceeds 90%.
Cutting
Spacious workshop with well equipped cutting machines. Bundles are randomly checked against pattern by QC. All cut pieces are checked against defect.
Sewing
The work site of Kaiping factory exceeding 50,000 sq. meter. A total of 16 production lines making jeans, trousers, skirts & shorts, monthly production capacity over 300,000 units.
Spraying
Hand-spraying using Potassium Per-manganate to create a natural and worn-look effect. Each work station is equipped with water-curtain cabinet for ideal filtration and ventilation.
Grinding & Abrasion
Grinding using semi-automatic machine and handmade to create vintage worn look and whisker effect.
